Week 4 Cross Country practice:  Try to run 4 to 6 miles on each run at an easy pace but this week try to run 5 days.  Also, remember to warm up and cool down, before and after each run and that chocolate milk is a great recovery drink.

Hope you are getting ready for our July 10th start at 7 am to 8:15 am. on the grass fields.

Remember to get your physical done before the 10th as well as all your UIL papers signed off on in rankonesports.
