Cross Country Week 2 workouts for June 12 – 18

Like week 1, the goal is to run 3 days this week.  You can choose any 3 days to run.  Try to run 3 to 4 miles at a comfortable pace. Be sure to warm up and stretch before and after each workout…..remember that chocolate milk is the best recovery drink after a good run.

The girl’s athletic programs will be hosting a strength & conditioning camp during 6 weeks of summer.  This is for incoming 7th-12th grade girls. Elks to run Regional’s on Oct. 29th at Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie

The Cross Country Region 2 Meet is held at Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie on Saturday Oct. 29th.  The girls will run at 12:00 and the boys will follow them at 12:30.  You will have to pay for parking $10 and admission.

Lady Elks run at Granbury in District Warm up meet
