Cross Country Workouts for August 20 – 26, 2018

Monday:  off for the first day of school.  Issue equipment during athletic period. Tuesday:  Repeat 200’s…….20 email address due in your phone notes.  Weights during the period Wednesday: 3 mile run with 1 mile cool down.   Abs during the period Thursday:   Repeat 500’s. Weights during the period Friday:  Strides and stretch Saturday:  Cowtown Challenge Meet.  Bus

ELKS Week 5 Cross Country Workouts

Monday:  90 minute continuous run Tuesday:  25 x 200’s at pace with 1 minute rest between each Wednesday:  4 mile run for time. Thursday:  10 x 500’s at pace with 3 minute rest between each Friday:  1×1000, 1×1500, 1×2500 with 5 minute rest between each and 1 mile cool-down. Saturday:  4 miles at tempo pace.
