Playoff Game Set

The Burleson Elks will take on Midlothian on Friday night at 7 PM at RL Anderson Stadium in Mansfield.  Burleson will be the visitors.  Come out and support the Elks at they play for a Bi-District title!

Elks Win Share of District Title

The Burleson Elks defeated Crowley, 2-0, in their district finale to clinch a share of the district championship.  Freddy Hernandez scored both goals, the first off of an assist by Britt Jones.  Defensively, Jones, Rolando Medina, Rylen Sibley, Christian Barnes, Landon Brown, and Edgar Lopez, along with goalkeeper Alex Heinle, preserved the shutout.  The Elks

Elks Win, Qualify for Playoffs

The Burleson Elks soccer team defeated Arlington Seguin, 1-0, on Friday night to clinch a playoff spot.  Alex Devora scored the game’s only goal early in the 1st half.  Rolando Medina played exceptionally well defensively, and along with the entire team ensured the shutout.  The Elks play Crowley on Tuesday with playoff positioning on the

Elks Defeat Spartans

The Burleson Elks soccer team defeated Centennial, 1-0, on Friday night.  Hayden Whitten supplied the goal, assisted by Erik Lopez.  Defensively, Rolando Medina and keeper Alex Heinle led the way.  The Elks are now 12-1-7 overall, 5-0-6 in district with 23 points.  Burleson travels to Cleburne on Tuesday in a big game with big district

Boys Tie Everman

The Elk Varsity soccer team tied district leader Everman, 0-0, before falling in PK’s on Tuesday night at Everman.  It was the second 0-0 tie between the teams this season.  Alex Devora was an offensive standout, creating many chances and causing havoc for the Bulldog defense all night.  Defensively for the Elks, Britt Jones and

Boys JV District Tournament

Here is the final schedule for the boys for our JV District Tournament to be hosted at both BHS and CHS: Thursday – both games at BHS: 9 am vs. Cleburne (wear black); 2 pm vs. Seguin (wear white) Saturday 10:30 am vs. Granbury @BHS (wear black); afternoon game is TBD based on bracket results.

Elks Win Shootout

After ending regulation tied 2-2 at Granbury on Tuesday night, the Elks soccer team won the penalty shootout, 5-4.  During regulation, Erik Lopez scored in the first half, while Josh Padilla scored in the second.  Alex Devora registered both assists.  Rylen Sibley and William Kirby both played exceptionally well defensively on the evening.  Alex Heinle
